Products

The terms of any contract between the customer (‘you’) and DanceClass.com and the Seven Dance Company (‘The Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’) do not affect your statutory rights. All Seven Dance Company products are manufactured in and sent from the United Kingdom and therefore are bound by UK law.

Order Process

We use a secure server provided by PayPal to ensure that all transactions carried out on the site maintain the highest possible standards of security.Once you place an order on this secure server, you will receive an e-mail from PayPal acknowledging that your credit or debit has been successfully charged with the amount of your order (which will have been clearly stated prior to you finalizing the order), stating your order reference number and that the order has been passed to us for fulfillment.You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when the order has been dispatched, or to inform you if there will be any delay in the dispatch.You will receive the item(s) along with this receipt which states your order reference number.The format of DVD sent to you will be one compatible with the country of address that you supply during the ordering process (i.e. order from the UK will be sent a PAL format DVD, orders from the USA will be sent an NTSC format and so on). If during any part of this process you identify an error in the information, please notify us by e-mail immediately and we will endeavor to correct the information.

Delivery

All orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to extend this period. You will be notified by e-mail on receipt of your order if there is likely to be a delay in its dispatch.

Loss or Damage in Transit

If your order has not been received within 14 working days of dispatch, or if it arrives and appears to be in a damaged state, you should contact us immediately. Failure to notify us of lost or damaged goods will result in your forfeit of any refund that may be due. On contact with us to inform us of loss or delay you will be notified by e-mail of instructions on how we intend to proceed. In any case, the company shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit not caused by the company.

Returns and Refunds

We do not issue refunds for items that are simply unwanted. Faulty Goods
